How many sq ft is this capable of purifying?

Works more on purifying than as a powerhouse fan. Since there’s several Power levels you could change the cleaning intensity. The app is really cool. Mine was nicely packaged but the WI-FI PASSWORD PRINTED INCLUDED CODE COULD NOT BE CLEARLY READ but tried many variations to get it finally.

Do you clean the filter yourself, or buy new ones on the regular?

Edit: I did my research. You cannot wash them, buy a new one every 12 months for about $30 each.

Hello. Does anyone know if the filter is included in this rebfurbe unit? One is pictured, but nothing listed as “in the box”. If this same refurbed unit it purchased direct from Dysomn, the filter is NOT included. Thanks.

I purchased one the last time these were available and it came with the filter. Seemed brand new.

I bought one last time, it’s a good fan and yes it comes with a filter.

My only issue is that when I try to connect it with the app It won’t let me. Giving me some crap about not being able to see my wifi network. If the fan is broadcasting its own ssid my phone isn’t picking it up.

Hey did anyone else order this and get a box full of cheap junk instead of the fan? My delivery just came today without the fan, and instead about $15 worth of junk.

Did it come with a Woot shopping bag?

Um, better tell Customer Service.

A side note on this: did you also order a Bag of Crap? Because that sounds a lot like one.

Uhm… huh. Well, the Dysons did ship out of DAL where the BOCs ship from. Looks like a label got swapped.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Ummm yep, I got the box of crap too. I contacted them and they sent me the fan - just arrived today despite it saying sold out.

Anything good in the B0C?

Recevied my Dyson and got it up and running perfectly, connected with wifi, etc. Loving it and wishing now i had gotten 2 so i could put one upstairs also. Question regarding the included filter - should that have been brand new? My app says it has 70% life remaining and that was immmediately after i plugged it in and turned it on. I would think they would have replaced the filters even on the refurbished units.

And lastly, in response to Froodyfrog’s question - my BOC had crayons, a book, and mop or duster head, couple of toys, something that looked like a spark plug, some sort of small filter, maybe for a lawnmower or something, and a shopping bag, among a few pther items that i dont even remember. Everything was donated to goodwill except the crayons and the bag. I’ll find some use for the bag and I gave the crayons to a friend with kids.

I would have thought they’d replace the filters. Maybe they didn’t reset the sensor? Better ask Customer Service.
