Does anyone know why the torque drive cleaner head is missing in this?

It’s not the Direct Driver Cleaning Head is it?

According to the Specs tab, it does have the direct drive head;

  • FWIW, I had this with the whole attachment setup as well
    as the wicked stand that stored all the attachments and was
    awesome looking, (should have been for 175.00).

Was being a nice guy and let my Ex take that for her new place…
Stupid move, 1 week after the dissolution was final, I found out
she let the lawn guy (predator, career criminal) who couldn’t cut
grass worth a damn, get in her head and brainwash her) was
gaslighting me…

If I known that, I would have kept my Dyson V10 (800.00 new), my 3000.00 leather couch
with 2x 400.00 end tables, 65" 4K TV, and all the stuff… hell I even helped
her move into the new townhouse, little did I know they were chacking
up before the dissolution was final…

But seriously, the Dyson is awesome, as long as the batter is good.
I’ve been thinking about the oversize or the new one with the laser
dirt finder (sounds like a gimmick though).

When I look on Amazon, the Dyson V10 comes in 3 different versions - Absolute, Animal and Motorhead. Which one is this?

No it is not, they are very similar but not the same

It is really complicating. I read several articles stating the differences between them still no idea :face_with_head_bandage:

I purchased one of this on September 17th, arrived on September 29th. I want to return it due to its misfunction on its dust collecting box. Woot says I’m out of the returning window. Do anyone know why I get this error ?

Hi there. Did you try to do a self-return? We’re unable to do self-returns for items with Li-Ion batteries because they require special labeling. Looks like we have a poorly worded message.
