That’s what I was going to do for the $36 too and get the 2 year plan. Interested to see if it looks brand new after being reconditioned. I had older refurbished Dyson and it’s still going at my parents so looking to newer one for my house.
I went with the 3 year as i saw somewhere mentioning that the lifespan of a cordless Dyson is 3-5 years. I contacted Asurion after purchasing and they applied the insurance with the vacuum with the attached receipt I sent. As for my package though, it doesn’t appear to have shipped out yet so if you order you may get it earlier than I do haha

Why is everyone buying 3 year insurance? The $39 is roughly equal to the cost of a replacement battery that the Assurion policy likely excludes. I’m getting this V15 to replace my 10 year old Dyson V6 that finally started to malfunction after replaced battery 2-3x over the past 10 years
I just got it for more or less in case something internally breaks after the 6 months. For the $1.11 a month I’ll pay for it just in case even if I never need to use it. Also have an older style Dyson I have to my parents that I got as a refurb and it’s still going strong only thing needed was new filter. More for peace of mind than anything

I used mine and it worked. Do you have the battery fully charge and clicked in fully? Mine came in different box than post above and it has more attachments then what was listed. The box said it was a factory reconditioned B grade but I can’t see why it’s a B grade with how clean everything was.
Got mine. It is working normally except for the big brush (without laser) when attached to vacc it turns on after 2sec when trigger is pressed which is odd. Can anyone confirm if it’s normal or noticed too.
