If I buy one and have it shipped to my upstairs neighbor, do you think she’ll take the hint? 
According to the bag dispenser sold separately on Amazon, this style of dispenser does have the bag holder clip thingy.
I’ve learned to just clean up those little messes left in my yard by the neighbor’s dog and to dispose of those little “blessings” properly right into their open car window.
So if I get a dog I have to accept the fact that I’m going to pick up poop 900 times, geeeez

No because I can guarantee that some of them will split when you try to tear them apart. Not to mention poking your fingernails through a couple…let’s see what else…I carry a roll of poop bags in the arm cubby of my car for garbage & miscellaneous odd things for you never know…
So you probably won’t have to pick up the poop 900 times. 
I just got my order in. The new holder does have that clip.
When I moved in here, it had been vacant for 2 years so my neighbors teenage girl always took her dog over here to poop. I ordered her a pooper-scooper with bags to help her.
She actually took the hint well.
Along with good fences, pooper-scoopers make for good neighbors.
I think I need to add this to my walking arsenal!
Anyone know if this is the older style Earth Rated (as pictured) or the newer, dark green packaging/bags?
