Good luck if you buy one of these. They’re pretty cool, but after about 6 months my “used - very good” one I bought from Woot developed a known issue, screen flickering. Your mileage may vary, so I hope you get a good one!
My experience with any of these Alexa units have been hit or miss. Some I bought a while ago have been perfect while others have failed.

So, if I don’t have a strong preference for the round form-factor, am I probably better off buying a discounted Echo Show 5 for a few bucks more instead of this?
The video display is larger and more reliable on the 5
I own three of these and all three have the well known screen flicker. I would give these a very firm no if you’re considering buying one.
I ordered this and somehow I was given a regular echo instead. This doesn’t have a screen and I bought it with cameras, so I could see them. I don’t understand why I was given the wrong item instead.

Received mine today. Plugged it in and it is stuck on the “Amazon” screen. Does not respond to touch or do anything even after unplugging and plugging back in after a minute. Also tried holding down top buttons for fast boot mode but still can’t get past fist screen.

Received a fast refund from Woot but would have preferred a working Spot. Oh well at least the AC adapter worked and I may use it as a spare for travel.
