These came with dead batteries, but once I inserted new ones, they worked well.

Make sure you contact customer service about it.

Recieved with dead batteries.
Batteries replaced but one of the sensors will not connect to my ecobee.

You need to contact customer service. Go to your account section and report the purchase issue there.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
