I have 4 of these in my house and love them. They look great and are really easy to operate, schedule and everything. This is a pretty good price. I’m considering a 5th for our sunroom, but I have an older dumb thermostat that is doing the job for now. We don’t live in that room like we do the rest of the house so harder to justify the expense there.
Must-buy if looking for a smart thermostat IMO.
Definitely my worst purchase from WOOT! Item description stated this item was tested and looked like new with power extender and backplate. Niether of those were in the box and the thermostat was completely dead, no chance this was tested. Called Ecobee support and they verified the item was DOA. Stay away from this and probably any other 'refurbed" Ecobee thermostats.

Pulled my old thermostat off … pulled wiring
To find the so called tested and refurbished thermostat has an access code on it and there is no way to reset.
It was also missing the faceplate and power extender that were called out
Total waste of time should have paid the 20 extra to get returb from ecobee
