I was tempted to pull the trigger on this EcoFlow but then spent a long time reading hundreds of reviews. Unfortunately, the only consistent comment was EcoFlow’s horrible customer service - even when the problems encountered were due to a manufacturing defects. I decided not to buy a nonreturnable unit from a company with questionable customer support and dubious after-sale support. Buyer beware.

Nice pick up. This definitely appears to be a UK/EU version - “AC Input: 220V-240V~50Hz/60Hz, 8A Max” RUN!!!

Per the team, it is not an EU version. It’s like this one on Amazon.

Then please fix the specs to the 110/120v used in the US & Canada.
