Does this match the 3/5 year EGO manufacturer warranty (i.e is Woot considered the same as fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.com) for authorized dealers?
Does this model kit comes with the battery if it says Trimmer kit?

anybody else get disappointed they they are not fulfilling this? this was going to be my husband’s father’s day gift.
I got an emailing saying they are refunding me.

I am. Disappointed too, this was my own father’s day gift and was also refunded without any explanation. First time ordering from WOOT and already a disappointing experience.
I am sorry that was your experience. I bought from Woot many times. It’s always good besides the one time I bought a new laptop and a refurbished laptop was delivered. I got a full refund. I am a bit cautious now on buying electronic items but other than that, all my other purchases were new as described. Hopefully, you give them another chance soon.
My order has been delayed by UPS due to a “hazardous materials irregularity occurred with this package. We’ll contact the sender with additional information.” Per UPS. Is this why others are being refunded? Looks like mine at least made its way out and was on its way.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
I to am very disappointed in woot ive been watching all day and when it’s time or a few minutes before i go to product it says sold out.WTF
@ThunderThighs Any idea why these orders were canceled? 
I was so happy to see EGO for sale on Woot I bought 3 things. At least i got the blower and edger.
But my husband really wanted this no bump string trimmer. 
I believe the vendor did not receive their full inventory as they thought.

I’m also disappointed because they are refunding me this even tho we were able to buy it which is a bummer. No compensation either.
