Email address changed....

Since the last time I used Woot, I lost access to the original email address I had created the account with. Now I’m trying to return an item but customer service isn’t answering, that I can tell, but I need the return UPS emailed to an alternate email address. Anyone know how to get this done?

Woot is currently locked out of the tool for assisting with email changes.

If you just need a return label, reach out to customer service and ask that they send the label to your current email address.

You can go ahead and email the request into CS and they can add you to the list.

Please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address.

Please provide them with:

  • Old email address
  • New email address
  • Phone number where they can reach you
  • A good time to call including time zone

Also, I believe that you might need @ThunderThighs to help as an intermediary with some stuff.
