What’s the size of the pillow? Actual measurements.

Unfortunately, all that’s given there is
Product Dimensions 3.5"L x 3.1"W
And I’m pretty sure that’s not correct.

Those listed dimensions are for the neck height on either side. 3.5" on one side, and 3.1" if you flip it 180 degrees to the other side.
The actual measurements are much harder to provide as this does not have a conventional shape. But since I use this pillow, I got out my ruler and measured the approximate size as if this were an actual rectangular shape.
20" long by 15" wide by 5" high. (3.5" and 3.1" clearances for neck height)
The BEST measure you can use, however, are the reviews for this pillow. I can tell you firsthand as an individual with neck and shoulder issues, and looking for “the ultimate pillow” for over 20 years… that since using this pillow, it has alleviated a LOT of pain and allowed me to gain a lot more deep sleep.
Obviously, not every pillow will work for everyone in the same way, but this was definitely a game changer for me. 
And at this price? It’s worth a try to see if it works as well for you.
