Received 2 left sides bolts were everywhere in box one of the sides was bent. Tried to reach the company support number seemed to go to a cell phone that no longer has room for a voicemail. Luckily woot stepped up and offered a full refund and return shipping label.
The package was a little beat up and the bolts were everywhere, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was fairly easy and the Power Tower seems to be very sturdy. Overall a good product that i would reccomend to others.
Good machine. Nice doing pull-ups with a wide grip and without fear of it coming unhooked from a doorway. Leg raises are way harder than i remember them. Love the dip portion of the machine and the push-ups section is also way harder than I remember them. Overall, I say I am pretty happy with the purchase. Wish I had bought one sooner.
