I believe there is an extended window for returns/refunds until January 31st? Is that for anything bought after October 1st (or a different start date) or only certain items?

Thanks. I have a Funhouse (or some such special, it was only $1) item that was missing a piece and is not functional. I’m going to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they’ll give me the piece, but the support rep who responded said they couldn’t help because it’s outside the 90-day window. It was purchased on 10/11/23, so right there on the cusp.
