Keeps that one corner of your room clean.

You sweep the rest room into that one corner of the room where this high tech dustpan/vacuum is located.

I’m seriously considering this gadget. I don’t mind sweeping, but I hate trying to get everything into the dustpan, and I really hate trying to dump the dustpan into the trash without making a cloud or a spill. Plus, sweeping is one of the few chores my disabled partner can do, and this would make it much easier for them.

Edit: Pulled the trigger as soon as I realized we can probably also use it to clean what’s left of dust from a broom’s bristles after sweeping. 96% sure we’re going to love this thing.

So this is basically a super expensive dust pan?

Looks like it. But for someone like me, freakishly tall with a bad back, being able to sweep the hardwood floor without calling my daughter to handle the dustpan – it’s not a bad option.

You might also consider a robot sweeper. I use the eufy ones and they’ve really helped me. Vacuuming hurts my back. I call mine “murder bot” and it gets the the floor and under the beds. I only have to vacuum the stairs and furniture. I bought my mom one too and it’s helped us both.

Super expensive CORDLESS dust pan! Which means you will have to charge your dustpan. Good grief!

No, says it is corded, so you have to plug your dust pan in. Is there a plug in broom to match it?

My haircut place has one similar and it seems to work great after a haircut they just sweep the locks over to it and it activates. Probably an industrial one tho.

Wish they had one for leaves. I can see the advantage of this for many. I am 75 and leaning over is tasking. If I did not have a robot vacuum I would be in for one or two.

I’ve seen something like this at my hairdresser’s. I feel like this would be good for my elderly parents, but I worry about how difficult it is to clean out. Anyone have experience with this?

That’s a great idea. I’d buy that.

That’s a bougie dustpan.

I saw this and not really sure i see the need, maybe it’s a luxury item or good for seniors but they’d still need to get down and empty the thing. A roomba could be more helpful but maybe more expensive too

From the amazon reviews people say it is easy to clean - from the posted pics it looks like the middle section that is a different color from the body is the container - that the rounded part is the grip for removal and behind that panel is the trash container

I am torn - my doctor had recommended something like this for me after seeing it at their hairdressers who told them it made mega differences with their back issues - but I have iRobots that haven’t been set up yet

I am thinking this may be good for the larger pieces of chewed up items from the pups
