For those confused about the numerous different models of Firesticks. Especially being sold here on Woot at various times. This 4k 2018 model is actually better than both 2020 models as they are not 4k. The only 4k model better than this (other than the cube) is the 4k Max. So if you’re looking to save a few bucks and not get the 4k Max this is a good deal. This is all assuming you have a 4k TV. If you don’t, the 2020 Firestick or its lite version may be adequate. Not sure where they are priced at the moment. Right now you can’t really go wrong with this one. I personally would not go with any model year lower than this.
Agreed. Have been using two of these for the past 3-4 years or so and haven’t had any issues with any of the 4K content I’ve thrown at them.
