I just bought a soundbar for a great deal but the page is just stuck on authorizing payment. It’s been about 45minutes now! I haven’t gotten an email saying it’s gone through either.
Does it usually take a while?
It’s for the Samsung 990b which I’ve been wanting for so long- very anxious to get this!

It should only take a minute or so. There will be a confirmation email sent and you can also look to see if it went through in your order history.

Thanks for the reply. It’s been an hour and still no confirmation. The email says:
You haven’t been charged yet. After Woot LLC has finished processing your order, we’ll send confirmation that your payment is complete.
And if I go into the order is says the payment is ‘pending’. I don’t want to miss this deal- is there anything else to do or try?

I’m not sure. I use the Amazon payment widget, so I just get the order email from Woot, then two emails from Amazon and finally an email from Woot after the item ships.
Do you have a way of checking your bank account to see if there’s a pending charge?

That means that we’re still waiting on payment verification from your bank or our payment processing system. When that is complete, you’ll get the email. Busy shopping day so payment systems might be lagging.

Hi My payment is pending still, so do I still have a chance at a BOC? I have never gotten one or been moved through to payment so this is new for me! Super excited!
I don’t see a BOC in your order history. Probably what you’re seeing is a payment authorization. It’ll drop off in a couple days when the real order doesn’t go through.

Don’t give up! They’re incredibly hard to get. Just keep trying and eventually it’ll happen.
