These make a great “weigh your luggage” before going to the airport scales - they are small enough that you can throw it in your suitcase so you can weigh your luggage going and coming from your destination (to avoid heavy baggage fees and to know how many layers of clothes you need to wear on the way back so you can bring back all the souvenirs you bought)
The Fish Logger records weight up to 50 pounds
But since the “overweight” limit is 50 (or at least used to be, it’s been a long time since I’ve flown), wouldn’t that make it harder to know how much over you are, without a lot of back-n-forth? Plus I’m not sure how strong/effective that “lip gripper” would be on a heavy luggage handle…? Nice that it comes with a tape measure also though!
The mothership has bunches of compact ones designed for luggage, that go up to 100lbs, for $15 or less.
Might be best to keep this one for the fishes…
Fair point
Maybe people should buy the luggage one for fish instead
