A month ago I bought this for $10. Now it’s $17.
Not sure about the other items in this promotion, but it definitely seems like the price was increased and then a discount offered (if you bought a bunch of additional items) to make you THINK you were getting a deal.
Even with 40% off, it’s still slightly more than $10. AND you’ve got to purchase at least 3 other items.
Cool but buy 10 and its 70% less
