This has the lat pull down and Squat and Bench Rack Combos included? I don’t see a picture of a lat pull down.

Based on what I’m finding with Amazon and Fitness Reality, this is just the cage unit. It has the capability of adding the optional lat pulldown and leg holddown.

It looks like Amazon did not properly title out the info for the rack, so it only appears to include the items that it does not.

Hi there. On Amazon, the optional items are listed on the same page. We’re offering the cage only. I fixed the title to remove the optional stuff.

I ordered this on November 30th. It was shipped from Florida to Idaho. I never received the delivery on the expected date (December 7th) and upon checking UPS tracking, it stated that “The package has been damaged. All merchandise has been discarded and the sender will be notified.” When I contacted the local UPS distribution center they said the packaging was destroyed and items were likely missing and they threw it in their dumpster. I was never contacted by Woot and had to email customer support and have been going back and forth being informed that I could return the item for a full refund. I have had to clarify at least three times that I do NOT have the item since it was discarded by the carrier (UPS). I requested a replacement which took until today to receive a response after checking in multiple times to be informed that the vendor is out of stock and no replacement could be sent and my options were:

  1. “If you’d like to get the item repaired locally, we can issue a partial refund of $50.”
  2. “If the partial refund is not viable, you may return the item for a full refund. You’ll not be charged for the return shipping.”

So again, I had to clarify that I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM and cannot have it repaired or send it back. I bought the lat pulldown attachment from Amazon so now if I do not receive a replacement, it is useless to me. Woot is a subsidiary of Amazon and I can see that Amazon has the product in stock and at this point in time (Wed, Dec 15th @ 5:30pm MST) can be delivered by (Sunday, December 19th) if ordered by midnight MST. The price is $301.33 with 6% sales tax for a total of $319.41 and free shipping. The Woot sale was $249.99 plus tax (6%) for a total of $265. If Woot can offer a $50 repair credit, then I would think that a full refund plus that credit could be returned to my credit card so that I can order a replacement from Amazon.

This was intended to be a Christmas present and assembled and now I am concerned that I may not be able to have that done in time and/or be out $265 with no item in-hand as well as a useless attachment that I spent $260.63 on which I am not sure if I can even return and need to make sure it is assembled with this squat rack cage by Christmas in a little over a week.

Please help escalate this! I have been a Woot member since October 2005 and have purchased many things and have never had this kind of issue with support. I understand this is an issue with UPS negligence or circumstance outside of Woot’s control but I need some sort of action taken ASAP.

@ThunderThighs, I just saw the email that came through for the full refund. Thank you so much for handling this quickly! I did notice that Woot now has the item as of yesterday back on sale so I’m not sure why CS reported it as out of stock. Amazon’s price dropped to $285 and can have it delivered by Monday so I will likely just go with that as I would imagine it’s being sent from somewhere regional or via air and hopefully no damage issues this time. Thanks again for your help!
