I have two of the original Polywood® Adirondack chairs, they’ve been outside through all four seasons for 5 years, and still look good with just a quick garden hose rinsing now and then.
Note that while these are “Folding” chairs, polywood is dense, so the chair is not lightweight or ultra-portable. But it is durable, and unlike natural wood, it never splinters.
