So like… you can use this instead of water bathing your jars? For canning?
This is great, I use it with 64 oz mason jars to keep dry cat food fresh. Great price too!
ETA: Note that this won’t preserve anything like canning will, it just keeps things fresh by eliminating oxidation (rancidity).

No, this doesn’t sterile seal safe canning. This just sucks the air out and suction seals - just like sealing in the bags but in your jars
