Seems those who have them say they are fun. I bought during the first sale but am waiting for a surprise to bring them out for the kids to try.

If my kids were playing this in my home or kitchen, they’d be sent out into the “sports and outdoors” post haste.

It’s kind of stupid to have this categorized as “home and kitchen”.

Can these be played outdoors or only indoors?

You can play outdoors.

I purchased these during the last sale. My son and all the neighborhood kids love them. They work as described and have provided hours of fun.
