You guys should shape up. Besides the obvious issue with this thing being a false positive or whatever non-existent entity that it is, you guys at woot should be proactive and let us know there’s a problem, rather than having us chase you around. Zero communication, zero info - nothing.
we would but we’re dependent on Amazon actually telling us something. It takes a while for them to return a “rejected” message. We’ll push the orders through again hoping for success.
For this one though, I did tell the person on our team that we should probably just give these back to Amazon since they don’t want to ship them.
Well, weeks later it seems clear that these will never be seen by customers, no ?

Home Depot sells these Frams at $1.49 a pop when they put them on sale (for other models) - it’s not like those are some smoking deal or anything.
Yeah, we killed these too because of the shipping problems. Not sure if any have been shipped.
Now, not to be a pain but - is anyone planning on making buyers whole for this, or is it summer as usual?

Doesn’t look like the replacement ordered on 7/6 is going to ship either. Reach out to CS and request a refund. We’re removing these so they won’t run in the future since Amazon doesn’t want to ship them.
I shall keep protesting till i get a BOC with something useful in it. Feel the mild energy of my moderate displeasure
