I ordered a couple things over the last couple days. I was charged shipping for both orders and I am a Prime Member. Did woot change its shipping policy for Prime Members? I haven’t paid for shipping in years. I’m confused.
Howdy. Is it possible you had logged in via the Woot login instead of the Amazon login on the sign in page? Only the Amazon login will knock off the shipping. Also, please check the final checkout page to see if there’s a blue box asking you to confirm your address. That can prevent the checkout process from removing the shipping charge.

Hi there. As @peaceetc said, make sure you log in using “Login with Amazon”. You haven’t logged in with your Prime account in December.
