So, the thing is, I look at that picture and I look at the pile of wrenches thrown in a box that was delivered.
Can’t put my finger on it, but something is different.
Amazon shipping is so random. I ordered the two cans of cheese and ritz crackers special. It came with two paper wrapped cans beside the box of crackers inside a box that was put into a bigger box with air packs. It’s nuts!
Was anything damaged? If it was make sure you reach out to customer service and let them know.

In my case I find think Amazon shipping minions are not removing items from manufacturer packaging and then shipping.
In my case, the tools were inside a manufacturer labeled box.
I have full faith that @DarnWootin is busy locating the case and preparing to send it to me. Either that or s/he is in the hunt for a marsupial specialty.
That’s not actually a case. It’s plastic packaging that had contained the wrenches. It kept them immobilized by two temporary plastic straps. Once the plastic straps are broken or removed, the tools would be loose and you’d have to find a toolbox or pouch to place them in. Woot! does occasionally sell these types of products.
I’m sorry that you didn’t receive the wrenches in the packaging the company has previously used in the past. As “Pepper,” mentioned, you can talk to Woot! customer service if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
Hi there. These came from Amazon inventory so we didn’t have information on how they were packaged.

So, I received mine in a Manufacture’s box. Each wrench was individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve. One of the wrenches actually has a slight bend along the middle of it. I don’t expect it to cause a problem, so I am not contacting customer service about it. I already have another set just like this that I bought at a retail store so I am familiar with the quality of these wrenches!
