This item is listed as new, see under the price and appears to be shipped by a 3rd party (there isn’t a fulfilled by Amazon note).

Thanks for that reply. The third party part worries me. Not looking to receive a knock-off version of this torque wrench. I would feel less concerned knowing this was selling from a reputable vendor.
