NB this is a pair of scissors, one to cut poultry and one general use kitchen scissors. The kitchen scissors come apart for cleaning, the poultry scissors do not. They make a good inexpensive present for a friend or relative who keeps kosher. The recipient said they’re good ones and I’m buying a second set for myself.
