Obviously NOT an INDUCTION burner. A single 600 watt induction burner might get up to 260 degrees F, so you could boil water, but you can’t fry anything. Ceramic elements are only used for infrared heating (resistance heating), so this is NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED IN THE TITLE.
