Is there a model number? Curious about the price and availability of replacement pads.

The ones on Amazon that state they are for Gladwell are 6". This machine is closer to 9". Guess what! Elicto and Bissell make a mop pad that looks just like the one that came with the Gladwell. So I ordered them. $20 for 6. And where do you find a Gladwell mop pad that says it’s specifically for a Gladwell? Who knows? Find a Gladwell website. I can’t. I’m about as happy as I would be with a door to door salesman. Honest she said she wanted this. But I’m sure wishing we had researched a little further and gone with a known name with replacement parts. Hard to beat the Bissell name. Did I say she loves the machine? She loves the machine.”
Hope that helps some. I’m a bit concerned about the battery on the unit after reading over the critical reviews. Most people like the product a lot but the ones who have issues (primarily with the units battery) claim there’s no support, no responses from Gladwell. FWIW
Really disappointed that Woot cannot ship to my home in Puerto Rico. When I go to Amazon, they will gladly ship. What gives?

2 of the photos show the mop with mop like pads but the others show a blue pad. Does anyone know what kind of pads comes with this machine? The specs say microfiber pads…I’m sorry I’m just a little confused.

Bought this off woot when it was offered last October (though might be a slightly different model). It worked OK, but I was not overly impressed. Sprayer was very easily clogged and needed to be cleaned out frequently. Did an average cleaning job but didn’t get all the dirt or ground in messes. After six months the sprayer just stopped working. Battery is still fine but I can no longer spray cleaner so product is useless. Overall a waste of money.
