I’m confused regarding the size. Is it Women’s 6.5/7 or Men’s 6.5/7 ?

I love unisex sizing, but that would be useful for sizes listed as european (IE 39, 40, etc). US sizing is different for men and women, so 6.5-7 W and 6.5-7 M doesn’t make sense. The amazon page just uses men’s sizing, so I guess I’ll assume I can ignore the W?
Meh. I read more reviews and still don’t know, so I guess I’ll skip it. Can’t we all just switch to european sizing?!
