In other words, snake oil. Similar statements on “herbal supplements”. Marketing claims based on the slightest anecdotal evidence under the puriew of the FTC, not FDA.
Personally, my favorite way to take apple cider vinegar is in cole slaw with a side of BBQ meats. Second favorite is if said BBQ meats was made with an injection that used apple cider vinegar.
Slaw and BBQ at least has measurable nutritional value.
I just mix a quarter cup or so in a liter of water that I throw some Mio/ZipFizz/extraneous ketones into. These deliver so little apple cider that they are essentially pointless.
