Be aware that without a bluetooth-connected phone and app, all it will do is cook at 10 different power levels.
Don’t buy it for sous vide — you want an immersion circulator for that. This thing will not hold a precise enough temperature. And don’t expect a Breville Control Freak at 1/30th of the price.
That said, it’s helpful if you want to simmer a non-water substance at a particular temperature for a while.
I do think it’s among the more attractive induction burners for tabletop use, if you want to do hotpot or something like that.
