I’ve found that one of the biggest mistakes you can make when buying pans is not getting the matching lids at the same time. Good luck finding 9.75" and 11.3" lids that fit.
Just found this in an Amazon review: “Gotham Steel makes a variety of frying pans that are perversely and idiosyncratically sized, making it difficult to find and use a lid except to buy it directly from them with shipping costs added." Hmm…almost like they plan it that way.
