I have a Greenworks hedge trimmer. It works really well for medium/light duty trimming. Cuts cleanly and battery last long enough for my to do all the plants/hedges on my 1/4 acre lot.
In contrast, every Greenworks string trimmer I have ever used has been sent from hell to ruin your afternoon. String constantly breaks (below the feeding hole so you have to take it apart), the “auto or bump feed” works about 12% of the time, and you spend more time rethreading the line through the hole than actually trimming.

I had one and the battery died. Was under warranty,so they sent a new one
Soon after that died and it went into the trash
I have a Makita now. Its wonderful and worth every penny.
