There are two String Trimmers available today. As far as I can tell, the only difference is batty @AH vs 3AH and perhaps size. It seems the bigger battery is cheaper, am I reading that correctly?

Read the (horrible) reviews on Amazon! Sounds like this is an outcast model and that even basic replacement parts are unobtainium. Also sounds like Greenworks customer service is pretty sadly lacking, unlike SunJoe (which in my experience has been outstanding).
