I’ve got a tractor mounted thrower (ain’t nobody got time for snow), but I bought this for paths and such. I already have an 80v mower and three larger batteries.
FYI, the Kobalt and Briggs 80v batteries are the same battery with different plastic. I think you just have to grind off a small amout of plastic and they drop right in. Briggs labels theirs as 82v, assuming their batteries are always at full charge, I guess.
I have this. Does a pretty good job of clearing the sidewalk. Only negative is it throws the snow in front of you instead of off to the side. For this price it’s worth it for just the battery and charger.
