Not a happy camper here. I got the elusive bag the other day during the woot-off, only the order never went through. (I should’ve guessed, I was able to “order” a dozen times.)

Portable air conditioner. I already own one of these, and it blows. Get it? See what I did there? If it had been a vacuum, I woulda said that it sucks. Hilarious! I need to go to sleep. Woot disappointment is very emotionally and physically draining.

I’ve been in the market for a new portable AC unit, but it’s hard finding ones with lower amp usage. 11.5a, as this one uses, is a lot for many older homes with 15 amp circuits (like mine). Meaning, if you have that thing running you better not have anything else running that sucks up energy (a computer for example).

Refurbished for $304!. These units are less efficient and take up more space than a window unit. If you can use a window unit it is a much better option than this. a 10,000 BTU window unit will cool the same size room as this because it is more efficient.
