Not very…typical blade/gasket assembly and you can run water through the spout to clean it.

Perfect timing. I’ve been looking for a blender, and this one seems like a good deal. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money since it’s not something I’m going to use often.

However, I too am getting a server error when trying to order. :frowning:

I’ve had one of these for a few years (actually Wooted it way back in the day). It’s great at blending, but it is a pain in the neck to clean. After the first day we took off the nozzle and put the screw-on cap that comes with it. You’d still have to take the cap off each time and clean it separately because the blended goo would get all in it.

Me and my boyfriend just thru away one of these( not sure if same blender, ours was black) but it looks the same and we just got tired of cleaning it… When they say its a pain to clean, they are not joking… In the trash it went. It had a good run but I’m a bit of a germ-o-phobe… To many chunks that get left behind.

I’ve had this for a few years.

I find the spout useless, and a great place to collect mold. When I finally decided to completely take the spout apart, it was disgusting inside.

The spout works on gravity too (ie pouring with the motor running doesn’t force it out), so if you have a thick smoothie, it will only pour effectively when it is pretty full (and very poorly when it is not very full.)

Beyond that, I found it an excellent blender and really nice for making margaritas. :slight_smile:
