How long are these straps? It says fits a tree up to 8 feet in radius… which means a 16 foot diameter, which would be approximately a 50 foot strap… that seems a bit unlikely to me.

Don’t get nylon straps, they stretch way too much. Polyester is the way to go.
3" x 120" according to various hardware store sites.
Looks like someone needs a refresher in plane geometry. Since the straps are 120 inches (10 feet) long, it’s obvious that the description should read “8 feet in circumference”

I ordered these straps for my first hammock. They suck. Shell out the extra money for a nice set of straps with loops and better quality.
