OK, there’s all sorts of wrong with this. The image says the weight limit is 550 pounds, but that guy looks like 180 soaking wet. I found the instruction manual for this on the Amazon product page and it says the maximum weight capacity is only 66 pounds (yes, 66). I called the phone number on the instruction manual to ask and he said the max weight capacity is 265 pounds. Clearly 550 is an inordinate weight to put in this thing, so you might wanna drop that image from the description.

Hi there. Yeah, Amazon is a bit of a mess too. Things I noticed:
66 lbs also happens to be the weight of this item. I’m wondering if those numbers were mixed up.
550 lbs seems to be talking about the frame only so it’s not incorrect, just easily misleading.
The SereneLife site lists the same 66 lbs.
