I’ve never been able to get a bag of crap, because when I get the offer I pop on the app and I’m logged out. I cannot keep myself logged in. But I have not gotten an offer in over two weeks. Is that normal? How often do the craps happen?

They don’t come up that often. During Woot-Offs (generally once a month), sometimes during special events (Fun House, etc.), sometimes via Woot’s social media, and sometimes via the Pointless Pushes on the Woot app (they need to be enabled in the app notifications).
I hope you succeed in getting one someday soon.

Heck No! But not for lack of trying. I believe just 2 woot offs ago bag o craps were possessed and wouldn’t allow those that made it through the tunnel to finish the purchase which turned out to be a code problem or something. The overlords at Woot! felt that the plebs need another chance after the out cry and made it a special thing but still I couldn’t log in. It took a few reinstalls and some black magic to get the app to start properly working again.
At this point I think I’m done trying for the BOCs
