These chest sizes don’t look right for the jacket… Is this a youth size?

Hi there. As mentioned above, they’re “lay flat” measurements. Picture laying the coat on your bed and measuring from left to right. In other words, double it for the full diameter.
The three I ordered yesterday arrived. I didn’t realize that they don’t come with any power bank. I know that it doesn’t mention it in the product description, but it also doesn’t mention that it’s not included like it is with Most heated coats. Also, no instruction /Information sheet included. The quality does seem good – – a particularly like that the arms are nice and long, when I just wanted to point out, no battery or information sheet.
