Help! Coupon code received from Woot doesn’t work

When I tried using the coupon code at checkout while placing an order, I received the message: “Oops, we can’t find that coupon code.”

This code was kindly provided to me by Woot CS as a token of apology and is supposed to be valid until 12/31/2024.

I reached out to Woot CS but no response yet. Could anyone here shed some light?

Hi there. They probably forgot to hit save. CS will look into it. I’ll give them a ping as well.

Do you think this issue can be resolved within the next few hours? I’m a little worried the item I am buying might go out of stock if I wait too long. Thank you for your help!
