Help! My Coupon Code doesn't work........

I want to make a purchase using the Coupon Code given to me by Woot after my last nightmare purchase, but SURPRISE, it doesn’t work. I get "oops, we can’t find that coupon code. Customer service will not respond today. Any Woot helpers online that can help?

Are you using it with the account linked to the email address it was sent to? Make sure you don’t add any spaces.

Yes, I only have one account and while I am not IT savvy, I do understand things like capital, spacing, etc in passwords. Thanks
