hello, I’m new to Woot and just snagged the shark kitty cat bed for eight dollars. I accidentally hit submit order before realizing I use the wrong card, I emailed support. Do you think I will be able to switch the payment method in time?

Once an order is placed, shipping/payment can’t usually be updated.
HOWEVER, if there is a payment issue, sometimes an email will be sent allowing you to update the payment.
