I HATE serrated steak knives, they frequently tear the meat apart instead of cutting it.
OK… Got these for a Christmas gift. Hope they like it.
I kinda prefer serrated steak knives, mostly because a steak knife is always used on a plate and not a cutting board.

I like the serrated ones to cut tomatoes.

These knives are SHARP. You will be amazed at how hard you were chopping/slicing/cutting with your other knives. These cut through like it was butter. Watch your fingers!
