Get a shoe horn. These are now my main running shoes until they wear out. I got them from Woot back in February. They feel great, and give the right support. But yeah, it takes a shoe horn to get them on. The opening is very small. Once they are on, all is fine. It doesn’t feel too tight. I would say they run true to size, maybe a little bit large, which is good for running.
