I bought this when available before, awesome features, slider for window perfect. These kinda window fans came a long way since the 70’s.

So am I using this fan to blow more hot air from outside in?

If the air is cooler inside, reverse the flow so it blows outside.

You can use for what your needs are.

You are quite welcome! Happy to help

Has anyone received this woot?

I ordered two and they shipped separately, with 2 tracking numbers.

Both said “out for delivery” this morning. Weird due to it being Sunday, and it is USPS.

Now they both have been updated to say “Delivered - item is available at a PO Box”.

Hmmm, do not have po box here.

Is that unusual or not for USPS?

USPS can definitely be a bit weird and mark stuff delivered only to do so the next day.

Do you have a central mail hub by chance?

If not, reach out to your local post office tomorrow and ask them to track it down. If no luck there. reach out to woot customer service.

OK, Thanks!!

Local PO is not central hub. Tracking said they were at local post office this morning, then out for delivery for around 7 hours. Weird for a Sunday, but they do sometimes deliver packages on Sun.

I didn’t really think much of the incorrect tracking info until WOOT sent me the two REJOICE emails when nothing has been delivered.

Have a great night! :wine_glass:

These are very odd fans. Quality seems fine.

The accordion-pleat section and the separate extender are very nice.

More air comes in one half than the other. Not sure that was intentional.

There is NO on/off button!!! (Correct me if I missed something??) To be sure it doesn’t run, it must be unplugged.

You turn up what “temperature” the fan is set to turn on at to get it to stop fanning for the moment, however that sensor is ALWAYS on unless fan is unplugged. It could turn itself on at any time.

I use fans at night in the summer to get the house as cold as possible, even (especially!) if that is in the 50s, but it looks like these fans will not continue to run if under 60 degrees, since that is the lowest setting. That is weird, IMO.

@ renatuslives There is NO button to reverse the air flow!!! I suppose you could turn it around in the window, if you have a screen or deep sill so it doesn’t fall out (but rear placement of the window supports would make that difficult).

These were intended to replace two of my older fans which may not work out, but I will for sure find another way to use them.
