This is an excellent fan. I’ve had it for a few years and it’s still quiet.
This small fan doesn’t blow much air.
I have an almost identical fan to this one, but called Polar Wind. (from local department store) It works just fine as a smaller fan that doesn’t oscillate. Not sure if they are from the same manufacturer with a different brand name slapped on them. I spent $13 on mine too. And have had it for a few years as well. Still works just fine. Also, the front “grill” is easy to take off to clean the plastic blade.
We have one of these in each bedroom to add some airflow and white noise while we sleep at night. They usually run for about 3 years nonstop without any hiccups! Time to restock on a couple that are starting to act up so glad to see them pop in now!
I have one also; works well and is quiet. Picked up another for family.
I’ve had a similar model for over 3 years and it makes me even cooler than I already am…

I have this fan- it is neither super nor turbo. It’s a small fan for small spaces that’s relatively quiet. Don’t let the SUPER TURBO fool you - it’s worth $10.
The actual grill size is 8.5”. They are including the rounded edges of plastic in the dimensions.
for a couple more dollars it comes in assorted colors at target and Walmart also has white

I love these fans! Mount them high up on the wall. Put a smart plug on them and just let it circulate the air for you.
I have this fan and even at this price, it’s just ok. It works well for small rooms or at close range. If you’re looking for something to really move the air around, I would look elsewhere and increase your budget.

I have several of these fans and we like them for circulating air around out apartment, but they are definitely NOT normally $30.00. The most I have ever paid was < $15. this listing is false unfortunately
