I ordered an iPhone 12 on 10/26/23 – was supposed to be Grade A Refurbished and it was completely covered in scratches front and back. Immediately started the return process and dropped it off in the mail. They received it on 11/3/23. Today is 11/14/23 and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve sent emails, and even talked to a representative who said I should be getting an email confirming my refund but I’ve gotten NOTHING. I need to get my money back so I can get another phone. I called their number and I’ve been waiting for around an hour now – NOTHING. On their webpage, it states the order return label has been created and that’s it. I will NEVER buy another expensive electronic from Woot again. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

I have a similar issuer and have tried to reach their customer service line which is inoperable. How many others have been duped by this part of AMZN. It may lead to a class-action law suit. All you and I want is a refund.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
